There are some very nice gifts to be had in the SLD Spring Showers hunt (on now, through April 21). Audra and Jenneh have shown quite a few of them already, and I have some to show also. Thanks to the generosity of the participating merchants, there are a *lot* of goodies to go around, and I'll be showing off a few now and some more later.

So here I am, kicking back to enjoy just a few of the hunt gifts so far. The picnic table from Roxie's Home Decor comes with the picnic basket, and that contains a jug of wine, a loaf of bread and ... a couple plates, some cheese, almost everything needed for that romantic spring interlude. I've flanked the table with the detailed flowers from Virtual Outfitters and Boootiful Creations. The bell flowers are modifiable, letting you tint them to any colors you like, and the sunflowers emit butterfly particles to complete the mood of a fine spring day.

Men have not been forgotten in this hunt! I'm wearing one of the guitar t-shirts from Petunia (there are three other designs in the gift), and the men's black denim jeans from Bella's. My usual wardrobe tends to the dark tones so I don those first, but there is also some more colorful clothing for men among the hunt boxes I've peeked into so far.

For a little shine, I'm also wearing the men's leather & silver bracelet from Magically Alluring, and the unisex silver ring out of the multi-packed box from AR Designs, as well as the shooting star necklace from Gumi's Bad Box. And oh yes, the gummy bears on my head are just one item out of a gummy-filled treat box from the ever-imaginative Wildz Creations.

The SL Discovery Spring Showers Hunt started on Sunday. Audra blogged some of the gifts from the shops closer to the end of the hunt here, so I figured I'd show you some of the clothing gifts from the shops at the beginning of the hunt. I love spring and spring fashions, and there are some really great fashion gifts to be found in this hunt, pressed for time I still had a difficult time picking the ones I wanted to show ... here they are:

#19 comes with both bikini tops, the bottoms and the shoes shown, #30 includes the shoes and the hat (that's prettier than what I can photo). The fun Gummy Bear outfit from #8 has a panties option, and a few other gummy bear attachments.
